Contest “I Blog! – Blog Search Talent 2012” is expected to take place within a month, from 3rd to 4th Jan 2012, with attractive prizes in cash.
With the purpose to encourage the habit of using community blog, Fifth iMedia Corporation, in collaboration with major donors, Vsao.vn, the Institute of International Education, and University of National Economics, are organizing a blogging contest titled “I blog!” with the theme: “Sharing and connecting – for bloggers” to seek the face of prominent bloggers and have a huge impact on the community.
The contest is scheduled to take place within a month, with attractive prizes in cash, such as first prize (my blog) worth VND15,000,000, second prize (my community) worth VND10,000,000 and third prize (my perspective) worth VND5,000,000. The winner will be the entries which have the most views and the favorite plays from readers (as measured by the system and changing your favorite Fblog.vn on Facebook).
Participants are citizens of Vietnam with no age limit who have an account at the site blogspot, wordpress and personal websites and have filled their blog into account information on the register and inserted the code of Fblog.
Submissions are to be made by the candidate, not copied from others and must be posted on the candidate’s personal blog (the blog shall be registered in http://fblog.vn/register.php ). The submissions may be articles, songs, pictures or video clips. The submission must be specifically in written format (minimum 500 words), image format (must have at least 5 comments and images for each entry) and video clip (30 seconds minimum).
Each individual can put in as many entries. Submissions must be community-driven content with positive meaning and no objectionable content, and must follow the regulations of the State. Candidates may not use any technical tools to increase traffic.
The contest steps: Step 0 for blogger blogs will not have to register an account on blogspot / wordpress, Step 1 contest registration by providing certain personal information, Step 2 register at Fblog system and follow the instructions, Step 3 write articles and post blogs, Step 4 to send the link of the system as instructed and wait for Fblog confirmation, Step 5 receive confirmation of results from Fblog and media article to have most visits to check on the daily visits of Fblog system.
In refer to the theme of the competition: Sharing and connecting – bloggers, each with its own favorite topics, each article will work with the community to share interests. Through that way, people who have common interests will connect with each other to share more experience. With this theme, the blogger is not limited to interest or emotion, because “Blog is sharing”.
Since its official launch in 2011, Fblog.vn – Network bloggers advertising – has attracted nearly 700 users, of which more than 600 bloggers and 34 major advertisers to register in the system.
