Pixel Interactive forms Vietnamese joint venture with 5th Media

LONDON (Thomson Financial) – Pixel Interactive Media Ltd. said it has formed a Vietnamese joint venture, Pixel Media Vietnam, with private group 5th Media JSC.
Financial details were not provided but Pixel Interactive said the venture was funded through existing cash reserves.
It added that Pixel Media Vietnam’s ad network portfolio is strong, having already signed advertising sales representation agreements with Vietnamese websites including 24h.com.vn, Zing.vn, Clip.vn and Tamtay.vn.
