Asia Pacific – Pixel Media has promoted general manager Winky Chan as managing director for Hong Kong and Singapore and made a series of promotions and new hires across Asia as the company seeks to capture the growing market share in online advertising in the region.
Chan, who is co-founder and executive director for Pixel Media will continue her role as head of regional and cross network sales.
In the Hong Kong office, associate account directors Titus Au-Yeung and Anita Lam have been promoted as sales directors responsible for ad sales and forging close working relationships with advertising agencies and partners.
Business manager Jacky Ho has also been promoted to business director and is charged to work with Pixel Media’s website partners and to expand revenue opportunities with online advertising, sponsorships and other emerging media sources.
In addition to senior promotions, the company has also made new hires across Asia.
Peggy Tang and Alice Ie have both joined Pixel Hong Kong as senior account managers from Amy Magazine and JM Networks respectively, including senior account executive Gianne Wong from Oriental Sunday Magazine.
In China, Stellu Xu is appointed vice president of advertising sales and John Zhuang as sales director based in Beijing. While Shanghai has appointed Sam Zhang as senior sales manager and Tessie Tang as associate business director in charge of ad sales and website partner development.
Daniele Wong from Catcha’s OK! magazine has been appointed sales director for Malaysia office and Edmund Tan from MediaCorp’s Today newspaper has been appointed as account manager.
