大马证券监督委员会（SC）公布，批准了6家国内外已注册股票型群众筹资（Equity Crowd funding）平台，估计在年底开始运作，让小型企业和创业者更容易接触资金市场。
该6家平台，分别是Alix全球、AtaPlus、Crowdonomic、Eureeca、PitchIN 和 Propellar Crowd+。

Dubbed Zap Zap Fractions, this mobile app is the brainchild of Malaysia-based gaming startup, Visual Math Interactive. The nifty game is a freemium gamified maths app targeted at first graders or Standard One students. It teaches students basic fractions by using aliens and asteroid-infested intergalactic virtual environments to solve maths problems.

The Netrove group today merges its Crowd+ crowdfunding concept into Propellar Crowdplus Sdn Bhd (“PC+”), a company which has experienced Malaysian entrepreneurs and a pure play equity crowd funding platform developer as shareholders. PC+’s principal activity will be operating an electronic facility for equity crowdfunding in Malaysia and this company shall submit an application to the Securities Commission Malaysia to become a registered equity crowdfunding platform. Netrove has been planning its own equity crowdfunding initiatives for over a year until a fortuitous meeting with Craig Skien, the founder of Propellar Corporation of Hong Kong earlier this year. That was a meeting of like minded people and both parties decided to merge their plans into one and Propellar Crowd+ was formed.

Following the announcement on 13 April of a placing of new Ordinary Shares by Subscription Agreement, Focus Information Technology Co., Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Beijing Shiji Information Technology Co. Limited (together the “Shiji Group”), has acquired a further 5,325,685 ordinary shares at 30 pence per Ordinary Share.
