During the climax of this workshop, Mr. Phan Tien Dong highlighted 5 key issues in the management tools and effectiveness measurement of social media. He also has raised the significance of social media, especially due to the increase of netizens in Vietnam in 2012. Besides, he also shared the effective ROI formula and indicators.
In addition, he introduced systems of social media tools that companies can focus to research and develop in order to cater for the agencies’ campaigns and brands locally and overseas.
